Problem Statement

If we had to sign up every eatery in the UK in 12 months, how would we do it?

That’s a pretty bold ask, but we spotted opportunities to drive signups by opening up an existing 1-channel sales approach into a 3-pronged strategy – Tele, field and web sales.

We built a new instance of Salesforce for our Telesales team, built a partnering iPad Salesforce app for our field sales team, as well as a self-serve website for restaurant owners.
